The following Trade Me Property Impact Award categories are powered by data from Trade Me Property - home of the largest property audience in Aotearoa. Categories include:

Salesperson of the Year - Top performing residential for sale salesperson of the year
Office of the Year - Top performing residential for sale office of the year
Commercial Office of the Year - Top performing commercial for sale office of the year
Rental Office of the Year - Top performing residential for rent office of the year

These awards recognise excellence in digital marketing for top-performing individuals and offices based on listing engagement with Aotearoa's largest property audience^ in 2024.

Rankings for these data-driven awards are determined by onsite performance on Trade Me Property, and eligible customers automatically qualify without the need for submission. The metrics considered reflect the impact on property seekers during 2024, with overall listing engagement calculated by combining total listing views and watchlist adds.

Winners will be chosen based on the highest average percentage in their region, contributing to the celebration of outstanding achievements in digital marketing.

The Quarterly Award winners announced throughout 2024 will make up our finalists in the Salesperson of the Year Award.
