Trailblazer of the Year 2025

The Trailblazer of the Year* is an individual award which recognises and rewards an exceptional up-and-coming salesperson who has been in the residential for sale property industry for less than 18 months.

The award winner has consistently exceeded their targets and achieved outstanding results, making a significant impact on their business, as well as continuously going above and beyond for their customers, team and community. They embody the qualities of a future industry leader.

Eligibility criteria

• This award is open to all individuals that became a licensed real estate salespeople no earlier than 1 July 2023 and no later than 31 December 2024.

• Nominees must work within a licensed residential for sale office during the award qualifying period 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024.

• Any evidence or activity that forms the basis of your entry must have occurred between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024.

• Entries can be self-submitted, or by nomination.

• Entries close: Friday 30 May 2025.

• All entries are judged by a panel of judges and their decision is final.

• Tell us about the nominee's accomplishments. What targets have they exceeded? What personal and business goals have they made meaningful contributions to? Have they achieved any significant milestones?
• Provide testimonials or specific examples of how this individual has gone the extra mile for their colleagues, business, and vendors.
• Provide specific examples of ways this individual embodies qualities of a future leader.
