Whether it’s a peaceful stroll, a family adventure, or simply breathing in the fresh air, Kiwi bush reserves are where memories are made. This category celebrates the bush spots kiwi can’t get enough of. Here are the finalists, each with their own special magic.

Ōtari-Wilton's Bush

Introducing Ōtari-Wilton's Bush, who has been a breath of fresh air and a natural escape in Wellington. Here are some of the awesome submissions for Ōtari-Wilton's Bush:

Kauri Glen Reserve

Introducing Kauri Glen Reserve on Auckland’s North Shore, featuring a stunning treetop boardwalk 18 meters above the ground. Check out some of the amazing submissions celebrating this hidden treasure:

Orokonui Ecosanctuary

Say kia ora to Orokonui Ecosanctuary, a community-led, not-for-profit conservation project near Dunedin. Here are some of the heartfelt submissions about this conservation wonder:
