To streamline this experience, we’ve made your Watchlist even better by allowing you to create multiple Watchlists!

Whether you're in search of the ideal beachfront property, gathering inspirational homes, or deliberating between brick or weatherboard, you can conveniently save properties into distinct collections, like a folder.

This new feature makes organising and locating your favourite properties that much easier. Watchlists is currently only available in app.

We’re stoked to announce that we've partnered with Inzpec, making it super easy for you to connect with a trusted and qualified building inspector when carrying out due diligence for your next home.

We’ve added school zones to all residential property listings on the Trade Me app! Helping ensure your next home has great, local education options for your tamariki.

To view a property's local schools, simply scroll down the listing page and click ‘See all schools’ for a complete list of in zone, out of zone and unzoned schools. This includes early childhood, primary, intermediate and secondary schools.

You can find this new feature and more on the Trade Me app for iOS and Android when searching for properties to buy or rent.

Recently we introduced a bunch of new ways to narrow down your property search results by adding more specific search filters. This makes it easier for Kiwi to find exactly what they’re looking for in their next home.

If you absolutely must have a garage for your workshop, a separate lounge for the kids, or maybe a study for your new digital nomad lifestyle - you can specify this when searching for your next home on Trade Me!

Get alerts of new listings that match your criteria by saving your search - it’s a great way for your dream home to find you.

See what’s new in our first ever Trade Me Property Product Update

I’ve been dreaming of this one since being a property hunter myself, so you can imagine my excitement to be able to announce it! We’re now displaying council valuations, sales histories, and estimated values on all properties for sale. You can find this on our website and in the Trade Me app for iOS or Android.

We’ve added map search for property to the Trade Me app for iOS, and coming very soon to Android! We know many property hunters love using a map to find their next home, and it’s a really cool way to find open homes nearby. Or you could use the feature to look further afield at some dream coastal properties - who knows, maybe one day!
