Get the full story with new council data

We've added official council data to the Property Insights section on our residential listings.

This helps you build a fuller picture of a whare (home) with an extra layer of official information, right where you need it.

You'll now see details clearly marked as a "Council record," which can include:

• Floor area
• Wall and roof materials
• The decade the home was built
• Capital Value (CV), Land Value, and Improvement Value
• Legal description and Certificate of Title

• Ownership type e.g. Freehold

This data is publicly available information sourced from your local council and Land Information New Zealand (LINZ).
