Camping SourDough Dutch Oven

We have been using our one for over a year and can confidently say it is more than up for the job. We have found keeping the lid on for the first part of baking and then taking the lid off to be the most effective. The lid can also be flipped over and used as a frying pan on a camping fire or stove. We bought a handle for taking the pot out of the fire and have added this to our kit below. Really handy and much safer to handle this way. You can also use this to take off the lid while it's hot. See images for this.

The photos show our pot in use and the result. You will get a new one. :)
