• Chassis: Fabricated from high tensile steel, Hi-cube container capability
• Sliding bogie with roller system to ensure ease while sliding - superior to other makes nylon slides
• Twistlocks: 12 x ISO twistlocks rated at 8,500kg each
• Locking pin indicators
• TIDVAR protection on rear end
• Axles: SAF 22.5 IntraDisc disc brake axles
• Suspension: SAF IntraDisc air suspension with ride height control valves.
• Wheels & Tyres: 22.5x11.75 10/335 forged polished Alux super single wheels fitted with 355/50R x 22.5 tubeless tyres.
• Standing Legs: Jost, 50,000Kg static load capacity
• Brakes: Multi-volt electro-pneumatic WABCO brand EBS system with roll stability control system.
• Guards/Flaps: Full plastic guards with heavy duty mudflaps, spray suppressant fitted to first axle 1 x full width TMC flap on rear of trailer.
• Electrics: Full Hella LED multi-volt lighting system, sealed 7 core wiring loom with IP67 rated connectors.
• Finishing: All steel-work is media blasted to 30 microns, primed and painted with a PPG 2-pack paint process.
• Free Service Check: To ensure the full TMC warranty cover, a 5000km service check is provided free of charge to be performed at either - TMCs Auckland, Hamilton or Christchurch service facilities or an approved service provider.
• Compliance: All certification NZTA requirements including SRT, COF, twelve months registration and 1000km
• RUCs issued prior to delivery. HPMV permit application logged on behalf of client and one adhesive sign supplied.
