Very upset this this company. Called asking for quotation but never called me back called again finally got answer asking 4 times and advised price is not suitable for you also because you are korean i cant deal with you. Well i didnt ask for discount. Couple of days later they called me and try to argue with me and said i offered you cheap cleaning company and remind me WE DONT DEAL WITH KOREAN yes i understand as you mentioned it 3 times from first call.

I could not recommend Palms more. I have had cleaners in Wellington, Sydney and Auckland over 10 years - Palms are far and away the best. They are reliable (even in Auckland traffic!), completely trust worthy and do an amazing job every time. Icing on the cake they are really competitive with the pricing, they were 1/2 the price of Life Maid Easy (literally) and did a FAR better job.

This team did an amazing job of cleaning my house after it being rented out for ten years. They went as far as to use a tooth brush to clean the aluminium window frames I highly recommend these guy and will be using them on a monthly basis going forward
