Austin installed my alarm system 7 years ago and I have never had any problems, he is prompt when I need to serviced. Also passed his details to friends and family who are happy with their alarm systems too. It's very handy being able to have my phone ring when my alarm is going off.

After Austin fitted an alarm for me a few years back, and having rated him highly at the time, I called him again to upgrade my system so it could remain monitored when I moved to fibre. Not only did he do this hassle free, he also checked my exterior siren that had apparently been water damaged, and although well outside of warranty, he replaced it for free. Top service, and I will happily refer him to anyone. Austin will be my first point of call for future upgrades.

Its a pleasure to write this review. So highly recommend Positive Security services to install your alarm! Best product with the best service at the best price! Austin went over and beyond! Great after sales / back up service to. We got a Bosch system with keypad. Could of upgraded for a couple hundy more for the new trendy touch screen pad. But we got a few remotes off him can open the garage door and also activate and deactivate the alarm. So we have not ever used the keypad yet. That easy.

He is very good man. He installed two systems for me already. I highly recommend him.

Austin installed a complete alarm system in our brand new home. He arrived at our house with very short notice and stayed very late until the job was complete. His work is of a very high standard and his clean up was exellent. I would go as far to say Austin is the best tradesman I have ever had work on my properties. He has since been back to put in smoke detectors and delivered the same level of workmanship. If you need an alarm I would not go past Austin.

Couldn't find what I wanted on TM in the way of a replacement exterior domestic alarm siren. I asked a question on a Positive Security auction. Austin, the owner, responded that he could sell me what I wanted and created a very reasonably priced auction for the goods. I bought them and they arrived within a few days. But the excellent thing, here, is that Austin gave me a huge amount of advice to assist me in fitting the replacement and reprogramming the unit. Extremely helpful; a real Pro.
