I contacted Jack on a late Sunday afternoon after the removal of a sticker on a wall ended up in a big piece of plaster coming off. He responded straight away and was at my place the next day. By the Tuesday, it was like nothing had happened to that wall. We were so impressed by the quality of their work that we got them back for other small touch up jobs around the house.
