Rings with Finger holds. Hangboard. Rock Climbing Hang board Fingerboard

Great for controlled pull-ups & muscle ups actions. Along with finger strength training. I can't say I'm going great with the fingerwork. But the muscle-ups are coming along.

I have a pull-up bar at home that I hang these from. But have found them easy to take away on work trips and set up as needed (on monkey bars, or a tree branch. Easy enough.

Please note, it is important to get the black straps the correct way around. One way they slip the other they hold :)

Finger holds depth: 1cm, 1.5cm, & 2.5cm (measured by hand). Finger holds width: I can fit 4 fingers in a hold with space for more if I had them.
