Triangle with Finger holds. Hangboard. Rock Climbing Hang board Fingerboard Bouldering training

Great for finger pull-ups or hanging holds. I can't say I'm going great with the fingerwork. But I can handle a couple of the mounts and positions on these. Been great for bouldering training at home.

Finger hold depths: 1.5cm, 2cm, 2.5cm.

I have a pull-up bar at home that I hang these from. But have found them easy to take away on work trips and set up as needed (on monkey bars, or a tree branch). Easy enough.

Please note, it is important to tie the orange rope nice and tight to avoid any falls.
