Great for pull-ups or hanging holds. You can also use them to move around the pegs and improve arm coordination. I can't say I'm going great with these, they are hard work. But I can handle a couple of moves and generally get a few peg-to-hole movements.

This is a bit of a permanent fixture once installed.

Please note, it is important to securely fit these to a wall to avoid falls.
