Description

Desert House Party' was taken by famous photographer, Slim Aarons, at a poolside party in Palm Springs in 1970. The house was designed by Richard Neutra for Edgar Kaufman. Featured in the group are: industrial designer Raymond Loewy (centre, standing), Nelda Linsk (in yellow), wife of art dealer Joseph Linsk, and Helen Dzo Dzo (second from right).

Aarons is renowned for his evocative photographs of, as he described it, "attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places."
