12 standard 200x120x500 autoclave bags fit on each shelf or 10 bags 250x140x500 to give yields of 10-20Kg per shelf. Weight per shelf is 80Kg so well rated for mushrooming and they're the right width for safe moving without toppling over.

Using wood causes disease and cleaning problems. Plastic might be your thing, but moving these sturdy shelves is a breeze for picking, cleaning, moving to different zones etc.

Concertina rows together during spawn run to maximise space, then move for picking phase. Removing whole stacks for picking/trashing beds and emptying maximises use of space and separates operations.
