We only accept Pay Now. Pay Now allows you to pay for your purchases by credit or debit card on Trade Me.

When you win an auction, you make a payment and provide your delivery details to us in one easy step, without leaving Trade Me. We get instant confirmation of your payment and delivery address.

Paying by credit or debit card provides you with more protection than paying by cash or internet banking, because it keeps Trade Me informed of the auction and payment. Your credit or debit card details are secure and encrypted. There are several credit and debit cards you can use to make a payment to a seller via Pay Now. These are:

Unfortunately American Express is not accepted for Pay Now transactions, although you are welcome to credit your Trade Me account via American Express.

There are no additional fees for using your credit or debit card to pay. Buyers must be authenticated to pay by credit card.

We use a variety of couriers depending on the size and destination of your order. Shipping prices are shown on the listing pages.

We DO NOT accept a P.O. Box as a delivery address.

Over 96% of our orders are dispatched the same or next business day after payment has been confirmed. Delays may occur during peak times i.e. Christmas.

An automated email will provide you with the courier and tracking number of your order.

All deliveries require a signature on arrival, the standard delivery hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (except public holiday). Please provide an address where someone is available to sign for packages otherwise delivery of your package will be delayed.

Pick-ups are not accepted unless specified on the listing.

7 Days Money Back Guarantee

Online shopping sometimes means you don't get exactly what you had in mind. Even if your purchase is not defective, if you're not happy just return it within 7 days of dispatch, and we'll issue you the price of your product.

If the product is not defective, it must be unopened and in perfect re-saleable condition. mattresses and pillows on the items that cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons

Delivery fees are not included refunds, and the item must be returned at your own expense.

An RA number is required before a refund will be issued, please do not send an item back to us before you have received your RA number from customer service.

Certain products can not be returned due to hygienic reasons, such as underwear, earrings, and swimwear.

DVDs, CDs, PC console games and certain other products may not be returned due to copyright laws.

If you return an unwanted gift, the credit will be issued to the original purchaser's account.

Returns: The change of mind of an order will be accepted within 7 days after the items are delivered only. You are responsible to ship the product back to the warehouse. Once the item reaches the warehouse, 20% restocking fees will be deducted before the refund.Please return it in the original packing.

General

Buyers should read and agree to the Warranty Policy, Postage & Handling Fee, Shipping Information, Payment Details and Feedback Instructions before bidding.

We require that all sales transactions (including payment) be completed within 5 days from receipt of the notification email which follows the end of the sale. Normally our system dispatches a confirmation email immediately after a trade has been established, if you don't receive any emails within this time frame, please check your junk mail box, spam and pop-up filters.

We adhere to all trading rules applied by Trademe.

Warranty

All products come with a 12 month return to base or parts warranty.

For all defective items with a Return to Base warranty, buyers must contact us by e-mail. We will send a RA form to the buyer to complete. Please return the form along with the defective item. Please Note: Any items deemed not to be defective (upon inspection by our technical department) will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense. C.O.D is not accepted.

Accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by a warranty.

e.g batteries, earphones, cables, carry bags etc.

We will replace or repair whenever possible. Refunds will only be offered when a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable.

The buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any defective product to us.

The price displayed for products on the product listing represents the full price, including GST, postage/delivery charges are not included as pricing depends on the destination. We always seek to provide products at the most competitive prices, and because of the dynamic nature of this industry (e.g. vendor price changes and other variables beyond our control), prices, promotions, versions and availability advertised are subject to change without prior notice and we therefore reserve the right to change prices displayed for products on our website at any time.

Please be assured of our every effort to ensure the accuracy of our product pricing. However if an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we maintain the right to refuse to accept further orders and to cancel any orders already placed at the incorrect price. If an order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card we shall immediately contact you regarding your requirements for reimbursement of money paid.

Limitation of Liability (a) Our liability to the Customer (and any party claiming through the Customer against us) for any claim for loss or damages (including legal expenses) made in connection with the Contract (including the supply of Goods described in the Contract) whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute, in equity or otherwise shall be strictly limited as follows (except to the extent that the law prohibits such a limitation): (i) for any liability arising from Goods not meeting the specification or which are said to be otherwise defective or deficient, our liability is limited to the cost of replacement of those Goods as soon as reasonably practicable, or the repair of those Goods or the repayment (or allowance) of the Purchase Price of those Goods (at the option of Our); (ii) for any liability arising from the services forming part of the Goods not meeting the scope Consequential Loss (a) We may hold the Customer liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from or caused in any way by the Goods it supplies, where indirect, special or consequential loss or damage includes: (i) any loss of income, profit, production, contract, customers, business opportunity or business; (ii) any loss of goodwill or reputation; (iii) any loss or damage resulting from the loss or damage to goods other than the Goods. Defective Goods (a) Any claim by the Customer in respect of defective, non-conforming or damaged Goods must be made in writing within 14 days of the delivery of the Goods, unless a longer period is expressly agreed to by us in writing. (b) Despite any other provision of the Contract, we are not liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for: (i) the cost of removal of Goods not meeting the specification or which are said to be otherwise defective or deficient, whether installed or otherwise; (ii) the cost of installation of replacements for Goods not meeting the specification or which are said to be otherwise defective or deficient; (iii) defects or deficiencies in Goods caused by improper installation or maintenance of Goods or related components or normal wear and tear and damage.
