Direct access off the airport road network, walking distance to the terminal, and a footprint big enough for a serious hangar and workshop. Use the existing footings on the same footprint, or extend the slab front and back — the ground's prepped either way.

Plans available
Full architectural and engineered plans for the site (BC200515 — hangar with residential unit above) can be included. They cost $40,000 to produce. The residential component can't be built under the current rules, but the consent may be able to be reactivated under a change of use — worth a conversation with council if that interests you.
