The 10ft Fryan Dinghy: Used average condition Dent on middle seat Small leak at back of boat, has been bogged up a bit (have taken it out with this leak with no issues but may need repair depending on use) Does not come with a trailer

The 2.5HP Mercury outboard: Used condition Paint a bit average in places as visible in picture

Other than that, it starts easily and runs well.
