Maas Aero Single Coastal Rowing Skull
Description
The Maas Aero is a great all round coastal single, designed in the US. Stable enough for a dedicated novice to learn to row, the Aero has also enjoyed years of racing and touring success. At rowing clubs and schools across the United States it is commonly in heavy demand while other more expensive and less forgiving shells stay on the racks. A fully rigged weight of approx 19kg makes transportation easy and, at 6.4m long, car topping is no problem. Aesthetically, the design is very clean and uncluttered and is enhanced by the beautifully crafted winged rigger. The Aero offers the quick responsive feel of higher performance boats yet is less demanding when the water is rough.
Good condition. Oars included. Trolley not included.

Hi looking for a single for my friends 15 year old daughter based in Tauranga and trains on a river races at karipiro mainly how old is the boat please how many owners bucketree (127 • 9:55 pm, Wed, 22 Apr )Hi - I bought second hand so not sure if age. It's in good condition and would suit a training boat for a younger rower - more stable than a racing boat. I'm a (masters) rower myself and have raced a single at Karapiro. Would happily keep rowing boat for years to come, but launching at my local beach is an issue. slloyd1 (43 • Wednesday, 22 April 2026 )
