Mooring went in new in August 2024 with one forklift counter weight (1,132kg's). Next Inspection August 2027.

A very shelter spot from all wind directions (360 degrees).

Free dinghy storage at Halfmoon Bay boat ramp, I had my dinghy there for a year with no issues.

You can joint BBYC for around $450-500 a year and have use of all there facilities including the loading jetty (with water) and work berths when needed with power etc.

1.5m depth at dead low tide.

Harbour Master approved for a catamaran, launch, keeler.

Ideally would like to sell but would consider long term rental.
