I'm assuming you can carry the berth if local. It's the first off-land in its pier and right next to the shower/toilet block. Transporter capable - sub 2000kgs. Ak to Wgtn for me was $1350.

Half Each is perfectly presentable as is, but plenty of room to tidy up and add value inside. If it doesn't sell I will likely refurb the interior and relist higher. Loads of cleverly integrated storage throughout.
