Hamilton 40' Sedan Launch "Genevieve"

Built 2012 in Mahurangi from two skin kauri and glassed over. This two owner launch was custom built for the original owners and has a very useful and social layout. The galley is well equipped and the saloon is spacious. The cockpit is large and includes a BBQ grill and all the space needed for fishing or relaxing. The electric head and shower room are accessed from the cockpit.

Powered by a single C7 Cat with 450hp through shaft drive, she has electronic throttle and bow thruster for easy control. The helm position in the saloon has great visibility and keeps the captain in contact with the others on board. There are 4 solar panels on the roof supplying 1000w so the batteries are always well charged when at anchor. The helm has a large Garmin 12" MFD along with Autopilot, VHF, Trim Tabs etc. Owners normally cruise at 1800 RPM giving 12 - 14 knots, but she can reach up to 27 knots at WOT.

The perfect boat for a couple or small family who want to spend a week or two away at a time.

The current owner purchased this boat through us in 2022 and relocated the boat to his home in Bluff. Since owning he has made a number of upgrades and changes including alterations to the helm seat area, adding a Life Raft, New Radar fitted and a new Saltwater Pump. A new set of batteries were installed in 2025 and the engine fully serviced and the heat exchanger cleaned out. The boat was painted in November 2025.
