6m Lifeboat hull

Selling my original 6-metre lifeboat that I started converting into an around-NZ adventure boat, but I’ve since upgraded to a bigger 8.5m lifeboat for the circumnavigation mission, so this one’s ready for someone else to take over.

It’s been fully stripped out inside, so it’s basically a clean, empty shell / blank canvas. I did put in temporary flooring for a couple of boat shows so people could hop in and have a look around safely, but there’s no fit-out. You can build it however you like.

Transport / moving it: It can be shifted onto a trailer (so transport is definitely doable), and I’m happy to help where I can with making that process easy.

What could it be? This would suit someone wanting a tough little project boat, or even a quirky off-grid / Airbnb-style build (that was one of my ideas). It’s got heaps of potential, I just don’t have the time anymore with the bigger lifeboat build happening.

Bit of a bittersweet sale after putting months of work (and plenty of dollars) into stripping it back, but it’s time to let it go.
