FU05837 Mercury/Mariner male tank fitting.1996 on. Scepter brand Scepter (Canada) brand. Fittings for the Mercury & Mariner fuel tank end only from 1996 (4hp to V-6) models onwards. Feature superior Viton O-ring seals for leak free connection with varying fuel blends. 1/4" NPT (industry standard for tanks) thread. No need to remove fuel tank outlet before screwing it in. Apply teflon tape to the thread to achieve a good seal. Mates with FU05793. (Supersedes FU033477-10)
