ARG 250 Gyro Anti Rolling Gyro - model 250 Manufactured by Mitsubishi ARG gyros are simple and effective Gyro solution and used by the likes of Riviera, maritimo and Blue Fix
Was removed from a vessel which was built in 2009 and replaced with a new ARG, estimated to have done 3500hours.

Great opportunity for someone to rebuild and have a cost effective solution. A new ARG 250T RRP is 140K plus GST.

Currently not operational. Units frame should be sandblasted or similar and painted. Needs new motor (Rotor and sataor) blue motor as in the pictures. Cost for new motor is $7200 + freight and a lead time of two weeks from Japan (I can arrange for one to be ordered) Comes with new spare gimbal bearings. Requires new Top and Bottom bearings which are available here in NZ and cost an approx. total of $1800.
