Mooring Block has recently been lifted and passed it's 10year inspection in January 2026. Mooring Block will become available (by late June 2026) to be relocated to buyers chosen location in Akaroa Harbour. The seller will cover the costs to move the Block by late June 2026 to buyers chosen location (on the seabed) in a bay in Akaroa Harbour.
