470 yacht

Older 470 yacht, more suited for learners than hard racing, but goes like a rocket, as 470s do.

In good order. Will give it a good clean in due course.

Strong aluminium road trailer. Front winch for easier loading.

One main, in decent order. Two jibs in OK state. One spinnaker in ok state.

Two adult lifejackets. One trapeze harness. One front cover.

One wheel security latch. Dolly wheel.

Two steel side posts, which the new owner could re-instate.

Lighting cables installed.

Will come with WoF.

Reluctant sale, but happy to see it go to a new home.

I'm away from 13-25 Feb.

Known faults:

• Mast has a crack. I've pop-riveted on an alumimium splint, which I think should be good. I sailed it many times without the splint and it held together, so this should work.
• Cracked right centreboard stay, but still plenty strong.
• Scratch on hull gel coat front left.
• Tiller extension joint broken.

Reason for selling: I don't have the time anymore.
