"Cardio" - Gladden 26'

Introducing "Cardio", the perfect Hauraki Gulf cruiser. She's a sturdy kiwi classic. Glass over ply construction, 26 foot Gladden designed bilge keeler built in Milford on the North Shore. As with all wooden boats she needs a bit of work but is honestly the most comfortable and well appointed small vessel that I've sailed on. Has a full sail wardrobe and roller furler so you don't have to go on deck to get the headsail up and down. She sails really well and being a bilge keeler means she's got a shallow draft and can get up into some really shallow tucked away spots. She's got an 18hp yanmar diesel engine which always starts first time, has been recently serviced and pushes her along well. Massive cockpit with heaps of storage. Fold-up duckboard with ladder which makes it super easy to get on and off.

Very tidy cabin which sleeps four comfortably. Well appointed gallery with working gas cooker (external bottle) and built in sink. Stainless steel fresh water tank with hand pump tap. Awesome fold down table with an in built chart of the Hauraki Gulf! Separate bathroom with sink and manual pump toilet. Electrics all in good, tidy, working condition. Depth sounder and log. New curtains (Not yet hung) Two batteries - house and start - both fairly new and in good SOH CO2 and CO gas detector (not installed) Plates, bowls, glasses etc Some safety equipment - lifejackets, boat hook, throw rope, horseshoe buoy.

Work that needs doing includes fixing and refitting for'ard window, fixing a few leaks through deck fittings, re painting parts of the exterior.
