


Lotus 10.6 'Parisienne'
Description
Designed by Kiwi Alan Wright and famous for being well-balanced and comfortable at sea, Parisienne was built in 1985 from the Lotus Yachts mould. It has just been re-powered with a new Volvo D1 30hp which is still under warranty. Parisienne was used in the early publicity for the Lotus 10.6 and still retains its original colours. The propeller shaft and bearing were replaced in 2017 and the boat motors along beautifully at 6 to 7 knots with a kiwiprop. Parisienne is also a delight to sail New stack pack mainsail cover from SEAM Tech SEAM TECH have also done some work on the mainsail New Nilsson winch Garmin GPS and Depth Sounder Auto on/off gas Fridgetech Freezer Solar panel with Mppt Solar Charge Controller Antifouled with Ultra 2 and Propspeed in February 2025 Bimini (OceanSouth) with additional removable cover between bimini and dodger Innersprung commercially made mattress on Forward Berth Puffin 260 RIB with UV cover – negotiable with the sale of the boat Possible continued use of marina at Westhaven – currently $325 per month. Have just had gas system made compliant - new ENO stove, sealed container for gas bottle vented to the cockpit drain - over $4000
