25ft Townson yacht located at Te Ana Marina, Lyttelton.

We’ve owned the boat for approximately 4 years. Now with two young kids in tow, we don't have the time to give her the love and attention she deserves! This is certainly a project boat, with some general maintenance and TLC needed to get her sailing again.

Important – Please Read: This boat requires recommissioning before being used regularly. Will be sold strictly as-is

Engine: Rebuilt by previous owner (copy of the engine manual available) Engine starts and runs Currently has an issue with the water intake/cooling system not working reliably. Will need diagnosis and repair by new owner.

Anchor bay hatch taken off for repair, however may need to be replaced. She takes on a small amount of water in heavy rain, for example we have only pumped the bilge once in tbe past 12months. Manual bilge pump (included), there is a camp style toilet on board (not plumbed), dont believe there is any leakage around the prop shaft. hunter1351 (61) • Monday, 23 February 2026
