The Fountaine Pajot Lucia 40 is a popular 11.73-meter (38.5 ft) luxury cruising catamaran designed by Berret-Racoupeau for families and couples, renowned for its spaciousness, modern aesthetics, and performance.

This 4 Cabin yacht features a 130-sq-ft cockpit, a raised helm station for excellent visibility, and flush deck hatches for safety.

Known for being lightweight and stable, with a generous sail area that performs well in light winds. There is a power winch, with all controls led to the helm area, facilitating single handed sailing.

She features twin Volvo Penta 30hp engines, with approximately 2400hrs on each. Plus she has solar, an Onan Genset generator and an invertor.

The saloon and cockpit are on the same level, designed for open-plan living with large panoramic windows.

Kaia is one of the vessels managed by the Ownaship Program.

She was purchased new to the program and has been meticulously maintained since.

For $1672 per month you have turn key access and usability of this boat. There is a centralised calendar booking system as well as a WhatsApp group amongst owners.

You literally step on with your food and clothes and go sailing. The program cleans, maintains and even changes the bedding and towels. It is a lovely system.
