Strip engines down clean sand and paint with Volvo 2k paint, remove cooling manifold, exhaust elbows and heat exchangers and acid bath, replace all glow plugs, injectors got reconditioned, new PCV valves. Sail drives were broken down and all seals replaced including thru hull rubber boot, new intermediate plates and marine growth seals. 5/24. Current engine hours 2850
