Mitchell 11m catamaran
Description
Fibreglass hulls by Harvey Mitchell. Stainless steel pipe crossbeams. Glass over core cabintop and cockpit.
Simple boat. Sails well. Motors ok. Loads of deck space, older style catamaran, small galley with gas fridge, 2 cabins, with king size beds, lots of storage.
Mainsail, Genoa on roller, Genniker.
Twin Honda 20hp 4 stroke outboard engines on lifting slides. Twin wheels rope connected to aft hung rudders. Centreboards and rudders all lift to allow shallow draft and beaching.
3yr old 3.2m aluminum bottom rib, 10HP two stroke mercury engine.
Currently on mooring in Tairua. Mooring rental may be able to be transfered, otherwise pole moorings available in same location.
Have had many happy adventures on Kiba over 5+yrs of ownership. Travelled to Great Barrier, Mercury Islands, Auckland, Coromandel town.
No longer using as much as we should, so looking to sell, or may consider 50% partner with right person.
