Prindle 16

Prindle catamaran in very good condition. This is a rare light-weight foam sandwich version of this popular design. Complete overhaul including repaint in 2012.Little use since. Original Hood mainsail (recut) with 2 sets of reef points added. Fully battened Fyfe jib. Original Hood jib cut down to no2 and battens added. Shallow rudders as well as deep rudders. Sails in great condition. Easy mast raising and lowering system. Removable outboard bracket. Trailer in good condition with new warrant and registration. The Prindle 16 was designed to overcome the nose-diving tendency of the Hobie 16, and with its forward bouyancy and rig set well back is a delight to sail.
