Sale includes both, 60ft ferro-cement Tahitian Ketch and 4t block Swing Mooring in Nelson.

My partner and I had big dreams of living on that boat, fixing her up and start sailing. Unfortunately we're living too far away, boat needs more work than previous owner disclosed to us and as it stands now we're gonna leave the country earlier than expected.

Boat was purchased in July 25 for $13k. Boat plans are still available from Hartley boat plans in Taranaki. She needs a lot of work done, pls don't be fooled like us. we were thinking of taking her out of the water and put her on a section like a tiny house. Brand new dinghy and 2hp yamaha outboard included.

Mooring had work done last year July and is due for another inspection next year with Diving Services Nelson. Hard to find a Mooring that size and definitely worth the money we spend on. 5min away from Marina Jetty.

ah yes sry forgot to mention that. I'll update the description of my classified. the boat has a solid hull and that's basically it. rotten timber deck, engine not working rigging and sails poor condition. my partner and I living 9hrs away from Nelson and will go up next month for pictures. the only ones I've got are the ones the previous owner used. but they don't show the extend of work needed. toilets look terrific. power was disconnected for unknown reasons. luckynr7levin (18) • Wednesday, 14 January 2026
