Noelex 22 for sale - ‘Combined Effort’

With two kids under 2 my sailing efforts have been severely curtailed, and I am now the proud owner of a boat that doesn’t get enough use or TLC. I would prefer to see Combined Effort owned by someone who gets good use out of her. Boats are there to be used!

I've done quite a lot of work on Combined Effort to get her well setup for safe family sailing. As you can see from the photos, in some instances the priority has been function over form.

Specifics:

• motor is low hours 8hp Mercury, very close to new when I brought her, minimal use since. Always flushed etc. Serviced within last few hours of use
• sails are in fair condition for cruising or rum racing.1x main without reefing. 2x jibs, one older and another much newer. 2x spinnakers + pole, can’t speak to condition as never had them up
• spars and rigging in good condition
• running rigging all in good condition. All lines lead back to cockpit, with multi purchases where they are needed
• hull in good condition
• keel in good condition. I upgraded the strut from the forward end of the keel housing to the cabin top, including the keel wire sheave landing points - it is now much heavier duty. Winch works well. Wire replaced by previous owner in approx. 2020 and still in good condition
• top of fibreglass keel housing upgraded to removable alloy cap - allows checking of keel position and wire tension. Seals well with provided pool noddle
• interior basic. I removed all carpet, electronics, additional “stuff”. Windows and fixture bolts well sealed - zero leaks, really dry inside
• extras. Anchor + good length of chain, and warp in good condition. Life rings. Boarding ladder. A couple of fenders, mooring lines etc.
• trailer not currently in WOF. No issues at last WOF or previous. Rego will be up to date at sale. Spare tyre. New tyres on both fitted, and the spare. Overall in fair condition. Includes lights, mast cradle, etc.
