Unsure of year, TradeMe made me enter something (Definitely not 1800)

As is where is, selling as project boat as it is incomplete and needing some love, parts, and testing to get seaworthy.

Boat has been stored in my yard for over a year and the owner has told me to go ahead and sell it on as they have no intentions of using anymore.

Unsure exactly what it needs to get going but there are no sails and or extra parts, only the vessel, trailer, and mast pictured.

No WOF or Rego on trailer

Unsure of seaworthiness or hull structural condition.
