Noelex 22

We bought “Windclipper” from a local person at Lake Brunner in November 2001. Only used for lake sailing since then.

The boat is in tidy condition with maintenance done as and when needed. The next thing to do would be the gunwale (teak edging around the exterior edge). We have recently replaced a piece at the back with tape so this area needs replacing but it wouldn’t hurt to replace the whole gunwale.

Included:

• Spinnaker, main sail and gib. All in good condition. Gib replaced approx. 8 years ago. Stored off boat when not in use.
• Cabin squabs in good condition. Stored off boat when not in use.
• Parsun 9.8 two stroke outboard. Purchased in September 2021, run-in (10 hours) but not used much since then.
• Recently warranted and registered trailer. New wheel bearings, bolts, and springs.

A small leak occurs in the swing keel area when out on the water. We’ve tried to fix it but it persists.

We’ve had many hours of fun with family and friends over the 24 years we’ve owned it. Have also sailed it solo on the lake. Selling because we’re just not getting to use it much these days.
