PROJECT BOAT - work needed!

This is a lovely design by Jim Young that needs someone to get her back on the water.

Was stored outside for a number of years before I took possession, cleaned up and dried out in a garage for the last few years. Now outside again under a tarpaulin, all ready for cleaning up and repainting. I needed the garage back and don't want her sitting out in the rain too long!

Cabin door surround plate needs replacing as this untreated wood had rotted out, however hull seems sound and ready for a new owner to restore back to life.

Trailer has been cleaned, painted with galv paint reregistered with a lightbar.

1970's Jim Young 5.7m Water ballasted Ply with some glass Rigging, mast, boom main, jib 1970's (?) 5hp Suzuki outboard 9 inch Draft / swing keel Could sleep 2-3. No squabs. Anchor with 9m chain Assorted parts, lines, accessories.
