International Navistar, 1988, S1700. 9mtrs long Diesel 7.3 ltr V8. 4 speed Allsn auto transmission. Very economical to run. Right hand drive original. Odometer. 070105,7 original miles. All brakes have been stripped-cleaned to check and they are all like new, picks available. All belts and heater hoses have been replaced. Oil-diesel filters have been done. This bus drives really very nice with tight steering that goes where you point it, No play. Galvanized steel body outside and inside. Aluminum windows, back door window is cracked and rear right window is perspex, need to be replaced for COF. All windows are flat glass, no curves. Minor rust in back door at the bottom but only surface rusty spots elsewhere. I have painted the bus, but I am not a professional painter and it could do with a new paint job. Two 150amp hr deep cycle house batteries. 3 new starter batteries/12 months old, always starts good. Inside, a double bed, 6lt pr min califont, shower, macerator toilet/works but not hooked up. Kitchen/ pantry colourd, lpg cooker griller, coalrange, fridge freezer/dedicated 12vlt solar, 240vlt 3000wt inverter, USB ports, stereo, tv/satellite dish and finder, Freeview. No lpg or electrical certificate. Two safety belted seats, certification needed, all certification files are avaliable. There is no number plates or papers but all info is filed with vtnz and is ready to go one the seats have been certified and rear windows replaced. All paperwork is available and ready to go. Only selling due to new priorities. This bus is the only privately owned one of its kind in this country. Imported from Japan were it serviced the C5 galaxy-bee liners 21st air support. The other one in nz services the C5 galaxy that goes to Antarctica from Christchurch. Lots of history. There are no tanks installed but have some extra plastic tanks, extra parts and accessories as in pictures.
