1994 Hino bus converted to tiny home

We are selling our beloved bus, which we converted to tiny home. We bought our bus in 2020 from Richies, who operated her as a school bus in Kaitaia. We have been living in the bus since 2021. We are now looking at selling her because we are planning to move overseas and shipping was a bit more expensive than we had anticipated.

We have converted the bus to a tiny home, not with the intention to tour around in. She would need a bit of additional work to be put back on the road. COF is on hold till July 2026.

The bus is 11 meters long and has a proper sized kitchen, with a breakfast bar, full sized fridge/freezer and a microwave/oven combi. The living room has a comfortable corner couch and the bathroom has a proper sized shower and compost toilet. The bedroom has a king size bed, ample clothing storage and a window seat.

The bus is not off grid, and is currently connected to the property's rain water tank and electricity. The bus has two solar panels and a converter. Cooking and hot water are on gas bottle, which was installed by a licensed installer.

The bus was moved from Kaitaia on her own power, and the engine is started every couple of months.

The bus is per direct available, but transport will have to be arranged by the buyer.

The bus is currently located in Swanson, West Auckland.
