1965 Bohemian style J1 Bedford Housetruck on a J2 chasis.(7.2 m long) Has been used as a live- in Tiny-house for many years. Has been maintained and is in a tidy condition inside and out but work required to get her travelling on the road. ( Rego on hold . Warrant expired.) She has an original Bedford motor ( Vauxhaul) which starts up and runs. Work needed on the breaks. Some rust in places, tyres in good condition. Has been converted into a tiny - house / camper . Metal exterior with wooden porch./ verandah. Wooden interior with lead light glass windows , cute little pot belly fire with copper coil wetback and copper zip. Small gas oven with x4 gas hobs, small dometic gas fridge . Outdoor shower attached to side of truck operated with a califont ( stored in a wooden box ) and a solar powered electric water pump . Two 90 kw solar panels on metal brackets on roof with a solar controller. Double bed base over cab with plenty of headroom and stairs ( with storage space built in) Small couch area with good storage space , vintage style dresser / pantry and an extra unit with cupboards and added bench space . Drapes , lights and fire all make this wee bohemian gem very cosy to live in. Included:- Handmade custom heavy duty awning ( 3 years old ) withstands heavy winds and in good condition ( 3.6 x 2.8) with several zip options for opening and use.
Have discussed with Jay's Transport regarding moving this to a new location which would be the best option for this vehicle. He's happy to provide quotes - transportation is at the expense of the buyer.
