This is a good quality OEM Part - No. 92111629 which meets exact specifications of the original.
I have personally installed this in my 2004 HSV Clubby and would highly recommend without hesitation.
I would also recommend that you watch the following short youtube video on how to remove the existing one and how to reinstall the new one. There is a hidden screw under the coin pocket and never try to pry the existing one out with a screwdriver as you will just break the edges off. It needs to have the surround removed first.
