Rotary hi capacity 8 row oil cooler with billet tanks

7 row bar and plate oil cooler with CNC machined billet end tanks.

-580mm overall width, 135mm tall, 70mm thick. (core 500x120x70)

-High efficiency bar & plate core. -Billet tanks CNC machined in-house from aircraft grade 6061 T6 aluminium. -70% cooling capacity increase over the stock genuine Mazda FC Rx7 oil cooler. (more than twice the cooling capacity of the cheap chinese tube and fin oil coolers). -M6 internal threads in each end tank for ease of mounting. -Pressure tested after welding. -10AN hi flow adapter fittings included. We've found the common adapters are somewhat restrictive so we now manufacture these in-house with a 12.5mm internal diameter for maximum flow.

-High strength! These coolers have a much greater impact resistance compared to stock Mazda and aftermarket tube and fin cooler.

Two configurations available: -Double pass - direct replacement for factory Mazda oil coolers. -Single pass - suited to competition applications that require greater oil flow capability.
