RACE Mazda Rotary Multi Rib Pulley Kit

Now available with a solid waterpump pulley option

Designed and manufactured to a high standard right here in Mt Maunganui using aircraft grade 6061 aluminium billet.

This kit is designed for all out high RPM engines with maximum alternator and waterpump under-drive, reducing waterpump cavitation & freeing up as much HP as possible. The 5PK belt has significantly more grip and less frictional loss than a Vee belt. Engine idle speed must be 1600RPM or higher.

-No risk of thrown belts, as with single and double Vee pulleys. -Lightest kit available with a combined pulley weight of 450grams. -Machined to tight tolerances eliminating runout and wobble. -Waterpump pulley fits all conventional 12A and 13B waterpumps (does not fit twin distributor , FD, JC Cosmo). -Alternator pulley fits all 15mm and 17mm shaft alternators (12A thru FD) by means of a removable sleeve (included). -35 micron semi hard black anodised for surface toughness and longevity (WP & ALT pulley). -55 micron hard anodised crank pulley (crucial for preventing the front main seal cutting into the pulley). -TDC mark etched into crank pulley.

Supplied with OEM quality Mitsuboshi belt.
