Mazda RX8 Renesis 6 port 13B engine

I bought this engine in error, not realising it was a manual. My car's engine had seized and I needed a replacement. But this sadly, wasn't it because I have an auto. So here is what was said of it when I bought it a couple of weeks ago: This engine was removed recently from a perfectly running 6 port 6 speed car. It shows only 106,000 kms on the odo.
