Mitsubishi MMCS Manual Only
Description
This product is sold by me "In Trade" the Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act applies.
A 30 page English overview of major MMCS features (e.g. Tape, CD, Aircon & audio/video quality settings) sent via email as a PDF file, better than a printed version (as the PDF has clearer images, clickable links for navigating the document and other internet links etc.)
Latest version includes hints about compass inaccuracy in southern hemisphere, TV reception advice and instructions for connecting portable video players - plus some wiring diagram information to enable tv/video playback while driving and which may assist in tracking down faults or further modifications.
NOTE: The manual is NOT intended for the touch screen version of the system which operates slightly differently.
About: Mitsubishi Multi Communication System (MMCS) 1996 - 2003
This car navigation system was intended only for the Japanese market, the on-screen language hard-coded to Japanese (exception being some Legnum and Galants), GPS system calibrated to the northern hemisphere and only Japan available on the system startup CDs.
TIP: I also have system reset CDs for your 97-2003 Chariot, Delica, Legnum, Galant, Pajero, RVR etc if the system is not working. Contact for details if they are not listed on Trademe.
ABOUT THE MITSUBISHI MMCS SYSTEM: The MMCS system began appearing in Mitsubishi models from the mid 1990's before being replaced with newer, more functional technology under the same MMCS name after 2003. My manuals and CDs are only for these earlier models.
