


Chev 350 V8 ,LTI Iroc
Description
LT1 Iroc Tune port fuel injected Corvette 350 factory special , the first 2 imported from Sydenham park chev spares in the 90’s , 700 trans, 4 speed & overdrive overdrive (Trans selling separately at this stage ). Comes with small fuel injection tank and pump custom made ,easily adaptable adapts to any cars main tanks , (ECU) Computer Included. I Transplanted it in the 1993 and i believe the engine is a 1990 (hence the hone marks still being there )
The Iroc was transplanted into my Series 1 XJ6 jag that sadly is past restoring ,it was my daily runner until i decide to build my Log Home so it was put in a shed then out into the paddock where it sat for 25 years
,Recently i got it home turned it over by hand cleaned the pump and it fired ,i remember oiling the bores before i put her away , so a good injector clean ,id say will let her go again , i have the Tuned Port manifold off injectors out .
The Compressions are pretty good , id imagine they will come back up after a good start and run up , When i got the engine off Grant Sylvester ,my late friend Ron Newsome (from Car Aid) & i stripped her down and she still had hone marks in the bore , job sheet attached , i ran it for about three years , what a beautiful engine it was for the jag ,purred down low and turned into a lovely sounding performance engine with your foot up it made it a stunner and added 28 mpg , not 8. I got it home to put it in My 1938 Olds convertible maybe ,but i feel i have to sadly let her go . Please no offers or i simply wont sell it ,
p.s Motor &Box still rest in Car , so person will have to remove themselves at this stage, which in a jag is an easy job , bonnet off and walk on in
