Q: What are the plastic hooks on the front and back of the cup holder for?

A: Those hooks are there in case you want to stretch a rubber band over your drink for an extra level of security. A rubber band can also help prevent the foam coozie from blowing away when it is empty. We do not provide a rubber band with the cup holder. It is designed to work with generic rubber bands so they are easy to source and replace as needed.
