Your SRS module will then need to be removed and sent to us. This service is for resetting the airbag or SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) control module. We clear the crash data that is stored after an airbag deployment or accident event, allowing the module to be reused as per factory specifications without needing replacement with No Coding Required. Service Includes:

• Full crash data removal
• Diagnostic check of internal memory
• Verification of successful reset on bench test

Note: This is a reset-only service of CrashData only, If the module has hardware damage or communication faults, the SRS module will need to be replaced or further diagnostics needed for wiring, airbag or sensor faults. Once installed back into vehicle, a scan tool may be needed to clear any faults created during installation. Airbag module crash data is a permanent digital record of a vehicle collision stored within the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) or Restraint Control Module (RCM). Often referred to as the car's "black box"
